Now that we have had some major economic changes people have less money to spend on things like…Makeup. Realistically when comes down to making a decision between buying groceries for the week and new makeup – the answer is not too debatable. So just in case you need to find a way to get your mascara and blush in on your shopping list, but cannot afford the “high end” brands that you normally invest in.

This list was determined from my process of elimination from trial and error, so here is what I found when trying to determine who is best at what. Also, keep in mind that even the best of the best makeup artists take advantage of bargains and use mass market items as well.
